Margaritas might just be my favorite cocktail, ever. Maybe it has something to do with my deep love for Mexico or the fact that they are just straight up delicious? Probably both. I usually stick to a classic margarita made simply with tequila, triple sec, fresh lime and sparkling limeade. But lately, I can’t get enough of these Spicy St. Germain Margaritas. They are OH-SO-GOOD!! The sweetness of the St. Germain pairs perfectly with the spicy jalapeño and makes for the most deliciously tasty concoction. I like mine extra spicy with a chili spiced salt rim but you can make yours as mild or spicy as you like! Serve these at your next Taco Tuesday or enjoy them over some chips and guacamole this weekend!
Spicy St. Germain Margarita:
Ingredients:
– 2 ounces Espolon Tequila
– 1 ounce St. Germain Liqueor
– Juice of 1 lime
– Sparkling Limeade
– jalapeno pepper, sliced
Directions:
– Pour all ingredients in a glass, over ice. Add jalepeno slices and a fresh slice of lime. Enjoy!
Thank you to Espolon Tequila for sending me this delicious bottle of tequila!
