This past weekend was spent decorating the house for Christmas. My parents are coming into town this weekend so I was eager to give our little Hawaiian beach cottage some festive touches. While I took charge of decorating the tree and hanging the stockings, Marc wrapped the palm trees in the front yard with lights. Decorating for Christmas has always been one of my favorite things about the holiday and each year I look forward to pulling out our ornaments (we collect them from the places we travel) and reminiscing about past vacations.
Aside from our collection of ornaments and our hand-knit stockings we  were kinda lacking in the decorative department so I’ve been on the hunt for a few finishing pieces and pillows seem to be just the festive touch I was looking for! I recently ordered a few of these plaid pillows (they’re under $10 so it was a no brainer) which will look super cute with this little puppy pillow (the dog looks just like Penelope so I couldn’t resist). I’ve rounded up a few other favorite Christmas pillows to give you a little Christmas decor inspiration!

    These pillows are all so fun and add such a festive touch! I LOVE that one of the station wagon with the tree on top, it reminds me of my mom’s car growing up! Though we always had a fake tree haha 😉
