IT’S A BOY!!!
…and we couldn’t be more excited!!
21 Week Bumpdate:
How Far Along: 21 weeks, almost 22 weeks! Baby is as long as a carrot!
Gender: BOY! A little mini Marc!
Pregnancy Symptoms: I’ve been feeling great! Around week 15 I started to regain most of my pre-pregnancy energy back and since then I’ve been feeling a lot like my normal self… So far this pregnancy has been a breeze!
Sleeping: I still fall asleep the second my head hits the pillow but find myself tossing and turning during the night trying to find a comfortable position.
my sontones: Feeling baby M move and kick around 17 weeks! The first couple of times I thought I felt something I was unsure but as the days have gone by, the kicks get stronger and stronger. About a week ago Marc was able to feel him kick for the first time which was very exciting. And, of course….finding out that baby M is a BOY!!!
Exercise: Running has become a thing of the past, sadly, but I’ve been keeping up with kickboxing and tabata style workouts during the week, which I love. On the weekends, I’ve traded in my morning runs for long walks with Penelope. So far it seems to be working out just fine!
Maternity Clothes: I’ve been able to work with most of my tops and a good handful of dresses but I’ve definitely been on the hunt for great maternity basics! Also loving body-con dresses with oversized cardigans for early fall…it’s fun to show off my growing bump!
Cravings/ Aversions: I honestly haven’t had any major food cravings or aversions. Smoothies and fresh fruit always sound good and I’ve been on a little Jolly Rancher kick…so random!
Nursery: Now that we know baby M is a boy I’ve been gathering inspiration and have a general idea of what I want to do…looking forward to seeing how his room comes together!
Feeling: Happy, excited and anxious to meet my little guy! We’re just past the halfway mark and if time keeps going as fast as it has been, then February will be here in no time!
